This policy explains how Caminotich (Commercial Registration No. 7054770941) collects, uses, retains and protects your personal data, and what rights you have over it. We comply with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.

We collect only what is needed to deliver the service, and nothing we don't need:

• Performance of a contract: data needed to prepare your quote and deliver your project.
• Your explicit consent: marketing messages — sent only if you expressly opt in, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest: improving our services and protecting our systems from misuse.
• Legal obligation: keeping financial and contractual records for the periods required by law.

4 — Transfers outside the Kingdom

We use global technology providers, which means some of your data is processed or stored outside Saudi Arabia. We disclose this clearly:

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

We share it only in these cases:

• The technology providers listed above, and only as far as needed to run the service.
• Where required by law or by order of a competent authority in the Kingdom.
• With your prior explicit consent.

6 — Retention periods

• Client and delivered-project data: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for (6) years after the last dealing, in line with record-keeping requirements.
• Contracts, invoices and handover records: (6) years from the last transaction.
• Incomplete quote requests: deleted (12) months after the last contact.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw consent, then deleted within (30) days.

7 — Your rights

The law grants you the following rights, and we respond to your request within (30) days of receiving it:

• Right to be informed: to know the legal basis and purpose of collecting your data.
• Right of access: to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: to correct any inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
• Right to destruction: to request deletion of your data once the purpose of collection has ended, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw your consent to marketing processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@caminotich.sa. We may ask for proof of identity before acting, to protect your data.

8 — Marketing messages

We never send you marketing messages unless you agree explicitly and separately from your consent to the project. The marketing consent box in our forms is unchecked by default, and leaving it unchecked does not affect your service in any way.

Every marketing message includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect within (30) days at most.

9 — Data protection

• The connection to the website is fully encrypted over HTTPS.
• Contract and invoice pages are protected from embedding in other sites and from search-engine indexing.
• We do not place third-party scripts on pages that carry contractual or financial data.
• Access to your data is limited to those who need it to deliver the service.
• When working with client-owned systems, we use limited delegated access and never ask for passwords.

Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

10 — Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website performance, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 — Children's privacy

Our services are aimed at business owners and organisations, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that such data has been collected, we delete it immediately.

12 — Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page, and we notify existing clients by email of any material change.
